    Mașina de format cutii de carton FLEX BOX va plia cutiile dumneavoastră, va grăbi procesul de formare a cutiilor și va crește viteza întregii linii de producție. Are capacitatea de a crea până la 7 cutii pe minut. Mașina de format cutii de carton FLEX BOX este ajustabilă și poate fi folosită pentru cutii de diferite dimensiuni Lungime(200-600)mm x Lățime(150-480)mm x Înălțime(120-500)mm. Mașina de format cutii de carton FLEX BOX pliază fila inferioară a cutiei. Operatorul pune cutia pe mașină, lucru care conduce la plierea automată a filelor superioare și inferioare ale cutiei, aceasta fiind apoi trimisă în interiorul mașinii unde sunt pliate filele laterale.  Operatorul plasează bunurile înauntru și închide capacul cutiei. Apoi, un dispozitiv de împingere trimite cutia la o mașină de sigilat cutii, pentru a lipi partea inferioară și superioară a cutiei.     FLEX Box Semi automatic Case Erector

     

    Mașina de format cutii de carton FLEX BOX este o mașină semi-automată în care cutiile goale, nepliate, se pun manual. După instalare, cutia este pliată și este susținută de dedesubt cu ajutorul a două supape pneumatice de pliere. Ulterior, puteți cu ușurință umple cutia fără ca aceasta să se răstoarene. Prin apăsarea unui buton sau prin acționarea unei pedale de picior, cutia este împinsă pneumatic afară din mașină, spre mașina de sigilat cutii cu care este conectată, și care va lipi imediat cutia. Mașina poate fi utilizată în industria fibrelor chimice, tabacului, recoacerii, farmaceutică, editorială, aparatelor de aer condiționat, aparatelor de uz casnic, ceramică, industriilor cu activități la temperaturi ridicate, și așa mai departe.

    Operatorul deschide o cutie goală și pliază fila din față. Fila din spate este pliată dintr-un unghi de 45° împingând placa.

    Operatorul mișcă cutia în sensul săgeții în așa fel încât filele din dreapta și stânga jos să atingă placa de manevră.

    Cilindrul de jos împinge tija de ghidare a cutiei înainte, spre șina de ghidare din centru și spre cleme. În accelași timp, doi cilindri rotesc placa de pliere a filelor din dreapta și stânga, din poziție verticală în poziție orizontală, pentru a plia filele din dreapta și stânga jos. Puneți bunurile în cutie după finalizarea plierii (vezi diagrama 3-8).

    După cum se observă în diagramă, operatorul pliază filele din partea superioară a cutiei și le închide, apoi apasă comutatorul dispozitivului (sau pedala de picior).     Mașinile automate pentru sigilat cutii cu bandă adezivă voir grăbi foarte tare procesul de ambalare a cutiilor de carton și a altor pachete. Mașina sigilare cutii automatizează procesul lipirii benzii pe partea superioară și inferioară a cutiei. Productivitatea ambalării crește, iar numărul de pachete ambalate per minut de obicei se multiplică de câteva ori. O mașină sigilare cutii cu bandă adezivă este ușor de folosit și poate fi operată de o persoană care nu necesită o pregătire profesională prealabilă.     Funcționarea mașinii sigilare cutii TOP TAPE 

    Filele cutiilor sunt pliate automat, iar apoi mașina sigilează părțile superioare și inferioare ale cutiilor. Cutia trebuie poziționată în mijlocul mașinii, iar apoi partea superioară și cea inferioară sunt sigilate. Se pot folosi benzi adezive de o lățime între 48 mm și 72 mm, dar capul de lipire poate fi personalizat în funcție de nevoia clientului. Pentru ca mașina să poată funcționa corespunzător, vă rugăm în primul rând să luați în calcul lungimea, lățimea, înălțimea și greutatea cutiei. Dimensiunile cutiilor specificate pentru folosirea mașinii sunt după cum urmează și pot fi personalizate în funcție de nevoile clientului: Lungime (280~550)mm × Lățime (120~480)mm × Înălțime (120~480)mm.

     

    Cum funcționează mașina sigilare cutii

    1. Conectați la sursa de curent; se va aprinde lumina de alimentare. Conectați la sursa de aer.
    2. Apăsați butonul START, mașina va porni, iar benzile vor începe să se miște.
    3. Fără a plia filele de carton, împingeți cutia în zona benzilor, iar acestea o vor mișca spre înainte.
    4. În timpul procesului de mutare a cutiei înainte, mașina va plia automat filele cutiei, capul de lipire va lipi cutia, cutia finisată va fi evacuată cu ajutorul benzilor.
    5. Suprafețele superioare și inferioare ale cutiilor care urmează a fi sigilate sunt presate de rolele de sus și de jos, astfel încât cutia este sigilată automat.
    6. Lama taie automat banda adezivă, după ce toate cerințele sigilării au fost îndeplinite.
